Will give it another try I feel by using introduce as a verb (apart from the other problems which I have already mentioned earlier) the sentence is becoming a sentence fragment. Whereas the way it is used in B introducing clearly refers to industrialization et al. C appear to be a sentence where two independent clauses have been imperfectly joined. HTH
