What it claims is that Luck has nothing to do with success i.e. 0% contribution Infact in your conclusion you have yourself acknowledged the 1% contribution of luck, thus contradicting your own stance. "To sum it up, hardwork pays rich dividends and an individual could reap a lot of benefits out of it if he relies 99% on hardwork and the rest on luck" ???

I think the answer is A date when ... sounds correct. B & C are incorrect because 'date which ...' is not right. D 'are known to be making ...' incorrect tense E 'date of humans ...' not right
