  1. E it is.. Agree with the above explaination
  2. IMO E.. "A merely" is wrong construction.. hence D is out
  3. We need to choose the best and the most concise one.. Remember the KISS rule! Now, in B.. we are not sure what "it" represents...Hence.. we should play safe..
  4. All i am worried about is "fewer than 2" that means.. its less than 2.. and not 2... Consider option 1... If we take 3 as the minimum number... then multiples could be... 3,6,9,12....where atleast 2 are multiples of 3.. Now, of we sat that fewer than 2 in first 5 are multiples of 12.. means.. 12 should appear just once in first 5 numbers... 3,6,9,12,15.. 6,12,16,24,30 So.. with the help of B alone we can say that the number M is not a multimpe of 6 but is a multiple of 3!
  5. IMO A... In order to check whether m(x) applies to all x or not... we need to put m(x) as x in k(x) which results in x... This can be done using A alone.. Hence is sufficient... Please reveal the OA
  6. Eh ? Was it this easy..lol... Answer is b.. Thanks alactaz..
  7. GCD of coprime numbers is always one.. I guess krusta has found out the LCM here.. LCM of coprime numbers is their product
