Guys ! thanks a lot. I suffered a lot because of this english test , everytime I used to get scores in 90s and in 100s..but of no use to me ... After many attempts to this test I finally got the required score in each section. I am a foreign pharmacy graduate and I needed 26 in speaking.. 21 in reading , 18 in listening , and 24 in writing..more difficult part was speaking section. Eventhough I have no problem in communicating in english, I was not able to make it. This time one thing I did was, I just closed my eyes and spoke with confidence.. before I used to look at the blinking time and that used to distract me.. Another thing is, I spoke more specifically , like instead of saying man or woman , I said the advisor and student (for question 5) 1st speaking question was tell about difficult / important decision you have taken in your life...In response I said about how I decided to go to the school I have ever wanted . I gave a reason why I wanted to go to that school.. 2nd question was, do you agree/disagree art/music is required in school. I agreed with tis and gave 2 reasons. For question 4, I ran out of time.There were two examples to describe, whicle talking about the second example my time was up.. still I got good in questions 3 and 4 . I got 2 good and one fair.. best of luck all the test takers. Riva

Hi ! Priyankam. Thanks alot for you responce. I have no book to practice for my test . So, I was thinking of buying one book. you said that the latest edition i.e 2007 books has 6 audio CDs right? And these Cds are included with that book isn't it ?That means, I don't need to buy CDs separatey, if I am correct. But I have seen separate book and Cds in Amazon.com So I am getting confused. and what is the difference between $23 book and that separate books and cds,one with $ 84.90

Friends! Can anyone tell me how useful is Delta practice book for iBT?? And how much does it cost??I found one book for $23 on this web site. Delta's Key To The Next Generation TOEFL Test And in Amazon Delta Cd is for $59.95 . And book + cds for $84.90 .Is it like we need to buy books and Cds separately??:hmm:Or there are Cds included with the book ? If so, how many Cds are included in deltas book? If anyone knows or have used this book ,please help me to decide whether to buy this book or not.And I also want to know that when the latest edition of this book was published? knok! I don't think nabp is going to like the idea of separating three sections from speaking. In my opinion, we can go for two options. One is ,ask NABP for overall score of 90/95 in iBT, but not individual section score. Second option is, ask NABP to accept passing score of each section from one or different test dates. For example, if I get passing scores in lisening and reading sections in the month of January and get passing score in writing in Feb ibt test , then they should accept these three sections score from different test dates and this way next time we can focus only on speaking without worring about rest of the three sections. So when are you planning to file the complaint..???

HI! It sounds great.But I have a question, you said writing , reading and listening we can have 550=80ibt. Isn't that too high? Getting 80 in these three section means one should get at least 27 in each section whereas NABP requirement in these sections are 24, 21, and 18. That means 63 when added all R W L Or do you mean 80 in total for all four sections??? We can ask for up to 90/95 in total for iBT , rather than looking at each section. If NABP fpgee examination commity has at least an hour for all of us ,we can even go to chicago and have a meeting with them.after spending this much money in English test I think it's worthwhile..For this, we are ready to sign the paper..and file the complaint... Most of us has passed the FPGEE in first attempt that means we are good with professional knowledge... Please post the latest happening in this forum.. Riva

can get 24 .ut I am not sure about 25, till now I have not heard anyone gettig 25.

fpgee2005! your point is fully supported .. I also send a mail to their postal address regarding this but no response. now what to do??I am with you. We should show aor problem and try to reduce the score requirement..

Hi Knok! Plese don't let your spirit go down . There is no harm in trying. Lets talk to NABP. Before the requirement was 213 and above in Toefl CBT and 50 in TSE , like that We can ask for certain Score for example 90/95 or 100 , in total instead of separate sections score criteria.please call Nabp . yesterday I called them , Today I am writing one letter to them like this we all can join hands together and keep on mailing and calling. This may draw their attention to our problem. Riva

I am one of the IBT sufferrer. I passed FPGEE in June 06 .Before our Fpgee passing was valid only for 2 years .Now Nabp has changed the rules and it's valid for ever. Like that we can talk to Nabp .if only a single person talk to them about IBT , they will definately neglect ...But if everyone us talk to them then I am sure some action may be taken ... Yesterday I called NABP and talked with the clark or whatever regardding our situation.She was sorry for us. but I want all of us to call Nabp ,one by one .like this we can ring there telephone all the time and let them know that there are many Froeign pharmacy graduates suffering from this high requirement in english..This may help to change there requirement or lower the score required...Please friend let's start calling NABP RIVA
