Ans for Q 2 is 7/15. Because the numbers in the range of 1 to 15 and also even are 2,4,6,8,10,12,15. The multiple of 4 and in the range of 1 to 15 is 4,8,12 but they are already included as even numbers thats why we need not count them. So the favorable outcome is 7 and since there is only 15 cards therefore the total outcome is 15 and the probability (even|multiple of 4) = favorable outcome/total outcome probability = 7/15
