  2. I wrote my GMAT on Sat, 23-Sep-2006. Not a very great score but acceptable. Tell my what guys think?
  3. If sum of two shorter pieces is 200, then why we can't have one piece as 90 and another 110? I mean the question does not say the two smaller pieces need to be equal.
  4. GMAT Power Prep - 700 (Quant - 49, Verbal - 35) PR Test 1 - 750 (Quant - 51, Verbal - 43) PR Test 4 - 650 (Quant - 44, Verbal - 37)
  5. Its really excellent step put forward by you to get the birds of same flock to fly together. I have scheduled my test for 11-Sep and will be really happy to watch and contribute in this forum.
  6. y=mx+b Value of y-intercept can be found by taking x = 0 So, y = b and hence b is the y intercept of this line. Anything that gives us the value of b, will be sufficient to answer this question. 1. if slope m = 3 times y-intercept, it implies m=3b => b=m/3. Insufficient 2. x-intercept of line l is -1/3 => 0 = (-m/3)+b => b=m/3. Insufficient Neither of the statements is sufficient. The correct answer is E.
