I thought of knowing other opinion on the idea of rescheduling GMAT or postponing. I am scheduled for 1 Dec 06. and preparing application material parallely however on the basis of low verbal score on Powerprep and Gmat prep, my confidence is shaken. I am now thinking of rescheduling for 2 months and opt for 3 rd dead line around Feb 2007 end.
I have seen some of the contributors have expressed that they were not happy with the low score and could manage to improve scores significantly. How is the idea of targeting for higher score in first shot or getting first ~620 and then re-writing, if required. Considering my 11 years long experience and sound career track with many achievements, a low score ~ 600 might dent my bright prospect for admission into top 20 univ, I feel.
I invite your comments and valuable advise.
