  5. (2 + 2(6^1/2))/ 2 =? In english: 2 plus 2 radical 6 all over 2 equals? thank you
  6. "If the clause that comes next includes a verb, then you should use as. For example, Squiggly throws as if he were a raccoon or It acted just as I would expect my computer to behave. Notice that when I use as, the words that come after tend to be more complex. You generally hear like used in everyday speech, so that helps me remember that like is the simpler word—or at least it is followed by simpler words. As sounds stuffier and is followed by a more complex clause that contains a verb."
  7. Lets list in this thread what we think are the questions that fit the following criteris so those of us who want to study the hard questions at the end of our prep can focus on these: 1) It has to be from an Official source- Only questions from the paper tests, official guide or powerprep and GMAT prep can be allowed. Period. 2) In your opinion, the question is a 700 or 750+ level. 3)No solutions, just questions so we can all try them with no hints, we can post questions in separate threads. Let's see what we can come up with
  8. A is ambiguous, we know each of 3 faces is 1/2 red, but the other 3 can be red, not red or part red, we don't know.
