hi everyone! I have tried rescoring for my ibt (speaking section). My score changed from 23 to 22 :(. i am really not quite familiar with the rescoring process since it was my first time to ask for this. Do I get a refund? Is there anything I will do next?Send a letter or fax? or all i have to do is wait and I can get my money back? Thank you

Have anyone tried applying in NC even without FPGEC? I also passed FPGEE but not IBT. Is there any application form to download in applying for intrnship in NC.? THanks a lot :)

yes sngle entry means you have to use your visa in a specified duration/time.i got my us visa around oct 2006 and the expiration of visa is jan 2007. if you're given a sngle entry visa for july 07 and you decided to postpone your exam to dec 07, you have to reapply again for visa.that's how it goes. for my single entry visa, i was given 3 months. the duration of stay depends on the US immigration when you're already in the US..some were gven 6 months.that i think is the max for sngle entries (not sure) but since my purpose is to take the exam , i was only gven 3 months.

dear KY500, i dont think your friend needs a lawyer to have a visa. i got my single entry visa w/out any lawyers help. i told the consul that my purpose is to take the exam and showed them all my documents re FPGEE (ATT etc.)
