hello winona once again thanks for the reply ... i have H1B and SSN... moreover, I have translated diploma .. i know school need to send form 2512 .. but can i send the translated diploma with application I stay in milwaukee and i have an interview with walgreen on march 6 .I contacted CVS also. Whom did you contacted for CVS????

I called them take make sure what exactly they want she said Form 608 2512 form from your school fpgec and $ 399 application fee if you guys have any info please let me know intern 2009

hey winona, Congratulations for getting the offer letter from CVS . Thanks for giving info on intern licence but i have some more quiries . 1) IS intern licence fee is $ 399???? ( Original licensure) 2) the form 2512 should be form foreign school ??? 3) how long does the whole process took??? 4) last but not least i heard that they dont sent you any paper licence.,.. it just a documentation of our paper. Hello It been a month a posted my documents to walgreens head office .. no reply yet .. if anybody know that walgreen still hiring the foreign intern .. I heard they freezed it ..
