NABP need 5 years curriculum if you passed out after Jan 1st 2003 to get eligible to write FPGEE.

Hi You can try through B1/B2 (Visit/Business) to come and write your FPGEE. I know many of us did the same. First you apply for exam and get your hall ticket then apply for visa. Its not 100% guarantee that you will get visa, but you can try. All the best.

Hi Kawa Since it's a start up, Just RPh and a technician would be more than enough until we grow further, May be we can accommodate a volunteer intern after 6 months. Even if some one ready to sponsor H1, you can't start until October 2015. Moreover you need luck to get your H1 petition selected in lottery since more H1 petitions than the FY quota are filed in recent years. Anyway all the best for your search.

Your application will be accepted if your Bachelor of Pharmacy (4 yrs) done before January 1st 2003, If not most probably NO.

1. Yes, LCA has to be filed in the name of Technician, since there is no specific category for Interns and in the H1 petition attorney can explain that duties of Intern and and Techs are similar. 2. Work in B1/B2 (either paid/unpaid (volunteer) are illegal thats why many states ask for social security number to issue intern license, But some states do not ask for SSN or Status. I heard some people done internship in their H4 which is also not legal.

You won't be able to do internship with deficiency letter, you need to get intern license for that you need some sponsors for H1. Once you get H1, you can get SSN and then apply for intern license then start working, some states issue intern license without SSN. All the best.

I can see you are too much anxious to settle down quickly in US:-) You are stressed for what? Becoming registered pharmacist in USA for foreign graduates is not easy process, but nothing is impossible. You can read my previous posts to understand more the whole process of becoming RPh in US. FPGEE held only in USA and you need to come here to write. I am not sure India PharmD curriculum eligible to write FPGEE, just check with NABP. Most states needs 1500 hours internship. All the best.

The 30 days wait time to re-appear MPJE is NABP requirement, nothing to do with state board, it's common for all states.
