Hi All, Recently I finished my GRE and what I found in the test is very strange. Though the structure says that u ll get an unidentified experimental section and a identified research section, in my real GRE I got first verbal, then quant then identified research section which consists of 19 verbal questions as said by Dudley. Is this case same with all who appeared for GRE?? Prerna

Thanks Laura, Sunxcat and Zulfinho. I will be applying in local schools- In and around Boston. Zulfinho, I was not very strong in verbal so I started mugging the words for about 3 months, :D around 40-50 words per day.

As all say...Finally over! I got V-Q-V. For me 470 in verbal is ok. But I should have got 800 in Q. In verbal I got 3 RCs 35,25,85 lines respectively. When I was in 21 question I had only 5 mins left so I messed up the last part. I found the Quant questions little tougher then what it is in PP. Morever I ran out of time for last 3 questions so had to guess. I prepared for about 5 months completing the Barron's wordlists first then practicing with tests. Most of the words were from Barron's only. Thanks Prerna

Hi Munnymun, I think you don't know the structure of the test. here it is: http://www.gre.org/cbttest.html#structure An unidentified verbal or quantitative pretest section may be included and may appear in any order after the analytical writing section. So you never know which verbal section will count for the verbal score. HTH Prerna

Hey Shiuli, As far I know university are very particular about their deadlines. I am from Boston. I asked BU about the deadlines and they said application should reach by jan 1st. you shudn't delay and start working for your transcripts. btw congrats for the scores. HTH Prerna

Hi All, I got my score report yesterday and the score is 257. I prepared for a week. I prepared from cambridge Toefl, barrons and took the pp tests more then thrice to drive out all questions. Prerna
