Hi, I am not a legal expert, but with my knowledge you should stick on to TN1. H1B is a slave job and you will be tortured mentally with regulations and other rules governing. So when you have option TN1 is the best bet. To me the contractual agreement look more like Safeway pharmacy. Hi, I have one suggestion for all who is coming to the US, if you are coming on Visa this is bad time and it would be wise if you hold back till things are back in track. In this period when natives are on look for work there will be no chance we get over them. If you are out of work you become illegal. Those who had not spend money in the US dreams it is better to find other horizon; Australia, Canada will be your best bet and they like immigrant, here in the US you are no more welcome and in no way this is going to resolve in short period. I am in Chicago, I had taken TOEFL (PBT) got 560 and attempted TSE for 5 times got always 45. In 2007, I started with TOEFL (IBT) 5 times now n't much success always I get less in writing and speaking always in 23.

Today 9/27/2008 I just left drop my friend in a test center for the TOEFL Exam; she just got the chance after 2 months, and after strong preparation, she want to try the best. Received a call from her now saying that 10.00 test which was scheduled has been cancelled. Test city; Chicago
