THEY DONT GIVE INFO FIRST TO AILA.COM TO CIRCULATE. also following is from uscis website.. search for spoof http://www.uscis.gov/files/nativedocuments/USCISToday_May_06.pdf

I am very sure that these are all hoaxes and origin of these hoaxes is aila.org. there is no other source that has confirmed this including USCIS. I urge all aspirants to email newsroom@aila.org to confirm that document's authenticity ( http://aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=22017 ) and if that is not real, ask them to remove it. do it or keep worrying. post after you email and lets see what their response is.

Basic and Clinical Pharmacology by katzung 10th edition. which country r u from? i do feel that US is saturating as regarding to foreign pharmacist but hopeful that they will still be hiring in 2008

I think you can prepare for fpgee by many books, just cover all the topics mentioned in syllabus. i consulted manon shroff, cpr (not all, but only first few chaps) and my fav. katzung. that was enuf for me..

It does not matter if we have masters or phd from here. Since becoming pharmacist requires only Bechelors, attorneys have to file us only in general category. if we do any job which requires masters or phd, like research, only then we can appy in advanced degree quota. Same thing will apply when they will process GC.

As i mentioned b4 in this thread, i contacted eckerd recruiters listed on their website and they contacted me. Apart from that contact Sagee from Riteaid. I got positive response only for these ppl.

after passing naplex, intern pay goes up for 320 hrs with eckerd like i said, but u r still not a pharmacist after passing naplex. u need to give law exam and get license. then u r a pharmacist. after that salary will be compititive (def. more than 35). its the time b/w passing naplex and getting license, i am talking about.

35 but only for max 320 hours. Have to become pharmacist in that time period.

All i know is payrate for interns b4 NAPLEX in VA and NC region is $23-25 at eckerd.

no,TOEFL iBT is sufficient. You dont need more than FPGEC certificate to seek internship in MD

Maryland doesnt need intern license or permit, so if u have FPGEC, you are set for internship. after 1500 hrs, give NAPLEX and law exam and become pharmacist.
