  1. from stmt 1 be it x = 1 is the only value that satisfy , 0!=1!=1 from stmt 2 x = 0 even so both are sufficient hence D is the ans
  2. supposedly is adverb i think supposed is is adjective , and an adjective should modify a noun. which was required here hence B is correct

  18. IMO C, why do we need those, where is the plural subject? i guess light is being compared and not the telescopes, those may refer to telescope which would change the meaning
