Hi, Can anyone explain why C) is worng? it looks to me B) and C) are almost the same. (monthly data can not be used for yearly conclusion...)

I know it's wrong but to me it looks "development and investment" are pararell.... E) for greater economic development and the investment of I know it should be stressing and investing supposedly pararell and thus OA is A.

I agree D) is the best, but can anyone please explain how to get rid of B?

I agree with answer C for using correct modifier, but one small thing I don't like about C is "body" instead of "bodies" - their body is gramatically OK?

Thank you now I see it. Also, for some reasons, I thought "and then" is not preferrable in GMAT.... maybe that's why i chose A too....
