In her suggestion ---Wrong By her suggestion of ---Wrong With her suggestion – Right helpful to demonstrate---Wrong helpful in demonstrating – Right In suggesting ---Wrong By suggesting – Right expended for---Wrong expended on, – Right viewing…to be. ---Wrong viewing...as – Right the declining sales of ---Wrong the declining sales for– Right Potential As ---Wrong Potential to– Right
  7. in this we need to treat Each as singlar subject ..so we singular verb (indicates) The Rule is Subject starting with 'Each' is singular....except one situation When Each Follows a Plural Subject ( Plural Subject + Each) then the verb and subsequent pronouns remain in the plural. Example: the apartments each have their own private entrances (not has its own private entrance)
  8. The Answer in Set13/Q16 is 'E'. here is the explanation given: Answer: E The poison pollen doesn't kill the caterpillars if they don't eat it (according to the argument). If the caterpillars only eat the upper leaves of the milkweed plant, and the poison pollen isn't on the upper leaves, then the modified maize does not inadvertently imperil the monarch butterfly.
  9. We need the screen-shot with OA showing to see the real OA . Some said OA is 'B' and others said OA is 'C'.

    C...C....D Please post the OA.
  11. This is also a Que from the GMAT Sets (Set1 Q7) . Reference Answer in the set is not 'C'. It's 'B' Here is sets Explanation ANSWER: B A really terrible sentence by any standard, but this seems to be a favorite strategy of ETS. Don't look for great style--simply try to identify definite errors in grammar and usage, get rid of those choices, and take the best of what's left. Another discussion here: http://www.gmatclub.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=13662
  12. 'B' is the best answer.. More 'X' than 'Y' . A is wrong as orange08 said "which express archaelogical" is incorect. "whether they be" is redundant . "whether" is sufficient." Thanks falu09 for posting so many GMATPrep question. I think falu09 is using the Spolier for revealing the OA. Thats the best way to post OA. So who so ever want to see can see and who want to wait and participate in discussion they can resist not seeing the answer
