Bayesian Econometrics , I am using this book by garry koop. also geweke's contemporary bayesian econometrics and statics is more rigorous book

obviously mankiw - macroeconomics romer is for advanced macro as name says.. its PHD level. mankiw is masters level

if i were u i would definitely go to oxford..

getting ma is not help to reduce your time in US. but UK based countries like Auss or UK u can start PHD directly. but in US ,even if you have masters you have to take thier coursework before starting your PHD thesis..

i don't think age is disadvantage its a great advantage.. I wonder how you guys skip two years of school education? in my country we cant skip regular school years.its prohibited ..no more double promotions in primary,secondary schools:(

how do you get in to phd program in 20 years old?? so you entered your undergraduate program when you are 16 years old??

Policy Analysis Program: Ph.D. Programs -- Prospective Students | GRIPS although its not in the US or UK , grips faculty is really good .. there are lot of highly published development economics professors are there..
