Guys , I am supposed to be sponsored by Rite Aid for H-1b . I can see that all of you sponsored by Rite AID received their receipt notices and most of you got their approval notices . I need help or advice regarding my case I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM TILL THIS MOMENT SINCE APRIL 1ST , when the sent me an e-mail confirming that they sent my petition . I called MATTHEW Cesar last week to ask about receipt notices he said that there are about 17 or 18 petitions waiting for receipt notices and in a couple of days they might be set . I sent an e-mail to James Wikins , his boss , he didn't reply. When I called him on the PHONE he was very upset about calling since they asked us not to call or send emails Now I am in nightmare , not knowing what happened to my petition and in the meantime am unable to call them ????? shall I call them and take the risk again or wait and be patient , does anyone of you knows someone in the same situation like me ????? NEED YOUR REPLIES URGENTLY FOR GOD'S SAKE

Dear Aymanpha am in the same boat with u , I sent an e-mail jim wikens , Rite Aid attorney , he didn't reply when I called him on the phone he was very very upset about me calling and he told me that I SUPPOSE TO COMPLY with the company's instructions so don't try to call , just wait

Hi guys how many of us didn't receive their receipt notices from their attorneys?????? How long will it take to get it , since many of us had got not only their receipt notices but their approval notices online as well ????? Any suggestions ???? Did anyone tried to contact the sponsor or the paralegal ,,,,please try to share ideas or thoughts since we are on the same boat

I have been with rite aid since last year , not selected in the lottery ..... This year , since no lottery I was expecting to receive it earlier .... DID U RE-SENT YOUR DOCUMENTS THIS YEAR AND FILLED A NEW APPLICATION FOR THE NEW H1B PETITIONS or they told u as the told me that they already have all your documents from last year ?????? please be keen to give me a reply , since I am afraid they didn't file me a petition for H1b this year although I signed the offer letter in February

I wish to start a new forum , willing to know how to write a well - prepared resume especially for those who wish to start their internship hours in one of the famous chain pharmacies . I know from some friends that they need a special format . Does anyone have an idea ?? OR at least know a good site that might help us going through it ??? It would be really appreciated and very kind form those who started their internship hours to give us their advice.

Hi takku , congratulations . I am waiting for my certificate like you . I don't understand one thing , is it a prequisite to work as a technician for getting your internship or what?? And why do you have to contact the board of NJ? Isn't it enough to contact your sponsor ? Really it's somewhat weired for me , please let me understand the process , if you can and I appreciate your concern.

Hello everybody ,, I have a question regarding contacting chain pharmacies from now . Up till now,, I am waiting for my certificate to be delivered from the NABP. And as you all know some chains need earlier contact , so can I use the letter sent from the FPGEC stating that I have passed the test and the TOEFL ibt score report to contact chain pharmacies , till I recieve my certificate ? If anyone got any idea ,, I will appreciate his or her kind help and concern

I have a question and really need help. Currently , I didn't recieve the Certificate yet from the Nabp . And as you all know this process usually takes up to 6 weeks till they mail it . What I have now is the TOEFL ibt score and the document that I recieved from the FPGEC statin that I have successfully passed the FPGEE . IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT CHAINS USING THOSE TWO DOCUMENTS TILL I RECIEVE MY CERTIFICATE ? If anyone can advise me that would be great and appreciated.

First of all for question 3 and 4 , more time will be allowed to read the reading passage that is related to the speaking tasks. Instead of 40 seconds you will be given 50 seconds which in my opinion enough . My advice to you all is to start each response with a topic sentences , that will make it easier for the rater to follow your response. For Q1 and Q2 , you start with a topic sentence that answers the question . For example, in Q2, if they ask which do you prefer and then given two opinions , then your topic sentence will be the preference you chose. For Q3 , which is the first of the integrated tasks , where there is reading and then conversation and a question asking about the speaker's opinion and the resaons stated .Here your topic sentence should be like that " The man completely agrees with the notice or the woman seem to be annoyed , frustrated and completely disagrees with the new proposal. Then go on explaining the reasons stated . YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO SPEAK MUCH ABOUT THE READING , AND THS IS A VERY IMPORTANT TRICK , YOU HAVE TO FOCUS YOUR EFFORTS IN EXPLAINING THE OPINION AND THE REASONS. For Q4, You should read the passage and listen to the lecture that follows. TRYING TO MAKE A LINK BETWEEN BOTH , AND HERE YOUR TOPIC SENTENCE WILL BE LIKE THIS " while the reading is explaining the concept of industralization in the twentieth century , the professor is trying to further clarify that concept by giving example or an application, etc..." AFTER STATING THE TOPIC SENTENCE YOU GO ON TALKING ONLY ABOUT THE LECTURE GIVEN BY PROFESSOR. fOR Q5 AND Q6 ,I can say that thery are the easiest questions given because you are going only to summrize the main points from your notes , so TAKE NOTES AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FOR THOSE QUESTIONS , BECAUSE THE MORE YOU WRITE THE BETTER YOU CAN SPEAK , YOU CAN DEPEND ENTIRELY ON WHAT YOU WROTE , AS IF YOU ARE READING YOUR NOTES WITH ADDING ENOUGH CONNECTING WORDS LIKE hence, since , furthermore , besides , in addition to that , on the other hand,,,,etc... Hope my recommendations can help and willing to provide more in the future.

I agree with you 100% , it's really unrealistic to put just one exam to evaluate candidates' abilities in communicating effectively in English . There are too many valid and credible options such as IELTS and FCE . And they are conducted worldwide . Anyway , I really hope that everyone finds his or her way to overcome that horrible nightmare

Dear guys , my score has been released and thanks god I got the horrible 26 in the speaking section!!!!! I can't imagine that that has happened but I did it. I can give an advice to new candidates who wants to get that amazing score never to lose hope , and also to try to practice as much as possible also the topics that are on the forum regarding questions 1 and 2 are very helpful. Watching movies is an important thing to get vocabulary . And my advice to try to follow the instruction on in the ETS guide and to work with Longman CD and don't waste time working in the book . I Think You Should Give Them A Phone Call , And Inform The Assistant To Give You A Chance To Speak To One Of The Managers , That Will Be My Next Step If Nothing Sent To Me By The End Of This Month . It's Really True That Those People Are Seeking Only For Money Without Caring About Customers Interests

Yes , I understand that a letter will be sent in all cases , but as you all know that mail takes time and we already have profiles on their website so there should be at least a notification on those profiles to tell us the results of the rescore process. They claim in my last phone call that changes on websites take place only if the score is changed !!!!!!

Hi , I am on the same boat with you , I sent the order since the 7th of september although the order appeared on the website on the 27th of september . Till that moment they didn't give me a reply . I have made several overseas phone calls that cost a fortune of money and sent many many e-mails . But as you said their reply is always the same " IT TAKES THREE WEEKS AND SUFFICIENT MAILING TO TIME TO GET THE RESULT " . I told them on the phone that more than five weeks have passed but no change takes place on my homepage at their website and they said that the reply will be only by mail if the score is the same . It is silly , frustrating and redicuilous to humilate us in that way . At least there should be a notice on their website to state whether or not the rescore process has finished .

Hello , I wish everyone to read that message , to know what's going in the ETS, and how those people manage their buisness. I was supposed to enter the TOEFL ibt test for the third time on the 25th August , in an official authorized test center . It is my third time to get through it , struggling with the 26 in speaking , and after long hopeless trip in the TSE. Anyway , I went there on time or you can say before the reporting time by 15 minutes and all other test candidates did. The test was supposed to start at 1 pm , but do you believe that those who was in charge to operate the test didn't arrive before 12.45 pm !!!!!!!!! Anyway me and others waited at the gate of the test center to go and start our test on time , but it was 1.15 pm and no one showed up. Surprisngly, the responsibles appeared and told us that there is a problem in the server that should work the test and they are trying to fix it . We waited nervously , stressed , exhausted and almost dissappointed because some people were planning to travel after the test and they might miss their flights , and others have buisness meetings after the test:rolleyes:. Do you imagine what happened ? responsibles declared at 3.15 pm , two hours 15 minutes after the test time, that the problem is out of control and we should reschedule at another date with the ETS!!!!! What kind of humilation is that ??? will anyone tell me , please ? For god's sake how can this happen in a test center authorized by the ETS ??? Will anyone tell me what can I do after I took a week off from my job to dedicate all my time and effort to practise that speaking for the test?? And now I have to start from the early beginning , wait for another 2 months till they put me on another date , study again , stress again , and worried about the score that may affect my career . It's noteworthy that till moment the ETS didn't reply to what happened at that test center . If there is any possibilty to send that case to the NABP , to alarm them about how the ETS operate its centers and tests . And , if you can find any way to help someone who studied , waited and paid for the test without taking it , don't hesitate to tell me , please N.B. I was the only one at the center in that day , who supposed to get a separate minimum score at every section of the exam . All other applicants should get a minimum overall score for the whole test.

Dear Friends, I am interested in your lovely and helpful forum. I took the TSE 3 times to get my FPGEE certificate. Every time I got 45, however I passed the TOEFL CBT score 233, and the FPGEE. When the situation changed and the new TOEFL iBT has been introduced, I thanked god because a new speaking test will be in progress, however, I was dissapointed because I passed every section in the test except the speaking as I got 22, 23 the other scores for reading, listening and writing were 26, 26, 28 repectively. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thanks. -
