Hi Sheetal I am also going to give the exam on 17th Noveber. I gave my exam on 4th August but I scored badly in Reading and writing. So I am giving again. how about u? did you give before the toefl exam? For me I felt reding passages are difficult...for me..and for wiritng for me I think I didn't get sufficient time to solve the questions. They will give 10 mins for 17 questions i.e. for 1 conversation and 2 lectures. Ok BEST OK LUCK..........I am also using Kaplan IBT as well as official guide for toefl IBT and Barrons..... BEST OK LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Priyanka I guess I am going to give the exam around 21st Oct. I think I have to study again for the reading sections. So I am taking a little gap and then I am giving the exam. And what about you? hi Priyanka..... you got good marks...yaar.....congrats I think yes...eventhough we give exam again ...this scores are already reported to the universities which we selected at the time of registering for the toefl.... But we can give new scores to them if they are good than this.....and they will also allow us to do so...... So I think I am going to take the exam....and after that I will see what will be the results......

Hi Priyanka What was the result??? Are they good or not? are you going to take exam again....me too...my scores are R-12,L-13,S-23 and W-22 I am really frustrated...I guess I am going to take an exam in october.....I have to prepare a lot for the reading and listening.....I didn't get enough time to solve the questions in listening...so I have to focus on that....... Whenever you get time mail me...we can chat again..and tell me what are your socres....... And for your question...I think you can use the first one if you scored less in second exam...you can use the score which one is good according to the university requirements. bye reply me.....

hi Atala and salagi....... I got very less marks in reading and listening i.e. R-12 and L-13 and I got good marks in speaking and writing...i.e. S-23 and W-22 I need R-20 and L-21 and Speaking-20 and Writing-17 and I got such a less marks..... Can you tell me how can i start the study for getting good marks in reading and listening????? Please help me.... you both got good marks....are you going to try again???? Hi Nen Best of luck for exam.....don't worry about the exam. I was also worried about the speaking but it went well so don't wory just try to be specific and it is of if you tell one point but say that clerly. that all i can say...and for writing i was ok with that so try to build small sentences. ok And One important think in listening section you will get 10 minutes for 17 questions on 3 lecturs i.e. 1 conversation and 2 lectures. Try to concetrate as the time frame is too short according to me...10 minutes for 17 questions I think are not enough. Best of luck If you have any questions then do ask me bye Best ok luck

:tup: Hy guyes I just finished with the toefl....What a great relief........ :idea::whistle: It was a great experience for me......I guess I will score well.....I just need above 80...any score will be good above 80 for me...... I did well in speaking and writing but I am some what scared about the rading and listening section....But I guess I will get ok score..... OK guyes......BEST OF LUCK for the exam.......:tup:

Hi Kunal Congrats for your score.......[clap][clap][clap]:tup::tup::tup: Well done.... Your tips for the test are really very good. My test is on 4th of August...i.e. tomorrow. I gave the tests form Kaplan as well as Barron's I am doing well in all the sections. But I am not doing good in Redaing in Kaplan's test I scored just 24,23,20,18 in reading sections..I missed most of the word meaning questoion. I am from Inida any my native language is not english. Right now I am in USA. Prepared well for the exam.... Lets see what will happen in the exam. bye

Hi to thre of you...... :tup: [clap] Congrats for your achivement.....I am giving the exam on 4th of sugust...worried about the speaking question number 4....I tried to give 2-3 exams and what i found is i am not understaning the passage...or sometimes i am not able to understand the lecture on that. If it is haappen in actual exam then what should I do???? Please let me know. AS I am really worried about the speaking section... I am waiting for the reply....

thanks for replying me..... The site which you gave me is really godd. I will go ahed and do that practice..... I think it will help me....I prepared total 32 independent subjects. Today is the last day of preparation of speaking subjects..... and after that I am going to solve the Model Tests from Barrons book.....
