? I registered to take the TOEFL test on 18th Octorber 2003. And my credit card has been debitted already. But until now, I haven't received any letters from toefl. My friend registered to take the test on November 2003, and she has received the letter already. This is the first time I take the TOEFL test. I don't know how to deal with the problem. Can I participate in the TOEFL test without receiving this letter. Please help me.
