I am a Filipino currently working abroad (Caribbean). I could share to you my views re:some of your statistical query. Most Filipinos are into I.T. (information technology), i.e. computer-literate and very curious with regards to cellphones and other up-to-date gadgets. Filipinos are also bound to work abroad, that's why we are worldwide known as OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers). We are currently the "HEROES" of our country, Philippines, for we contribute a lot to our economy by sending our hard-earned DOLLARS(in whatever currency). Also our nature is to uplift the social status of our lives by working in other countries. To top it all, we are imparting our professions to SERVE others. Regards.

ANYONE who took the FPGEE exam first and passed before he/she could take TOEFL? I know that one of the requirements for taking FPGEE is the TOEFL result. Could someone get his/her certificate for FPGEE without taking TOEFL? :confused:
