  1. Thank you for this compilation of one-liners. Im sure it will be very useful for us esp on those last days before the exam. Thank you for your efforts. I really appreciate it.
  2. Hello there, You can bring your passport or your pharmaceutical license or drivers's license from your country which are both signed and with photo. Aside from those, you could also bring signed ID's like ATM, credit card or the like. They consider it as an identification as long as you have your name on the card ( of course ) and it is signed. Hope this helps....
  3. Hi, I think it is the same book. As long as its from Manan Shroff. I bought that same book at the pharmacyexam website and its easier to understand than those other books that I have read before. Hope this helps..

    paper 1 and 2

Hi there, As far as I remember, part 1 is mostly the pharmacology stuff. But part 2 though has most of the management questions, there are still questions about other subjects other than the management part. Its mixed. Hope this helps..
  5. After you registered on the website, NABP will send you your admission ticket along with the instructions and the exact address of the testing site that you chose. Hope this helps..
  6. Hi there, The CPR has basically the same outline no matter what edition it is. The only difference in my opinion is that newer editions ( 5th & 6th ) are more updated in terms of the new drugs in the market that were added to the book. Hope this helps. God bless..

    New York location

Hello nanoose, Like our friend said, it's different every year. NABP will send you a letter again that contains written instructions and the exact address of the testing site. When you receive yours, you can go ahead and make hotel arrangements. Hope this somehow helps. Good luck.
  8. Can anybody give me some information regarding a foreign pharmacy graduate applying for a pharmacy technician in the state of California? Can you apply directly for the job or you need to take exams too? How does it work ? Any information will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
  9. Hi everyone, I know this is a bit late but I took the Dec 2007 FPGEE and got a score of 74. I am thinking of requesting for a hand scored recount. But do you guys think it is advisable and practical? Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

    2008 June takers

Hi dreamfaith, To answer your question, i think the examination date in june 2008 is final. You can all get all the information and the latest updates on the examination programs at NABP National Association of Boards of Pharmacy ( the official website of the national board of pharmacy ). Just click on the examination programs, you will see FPGEE and open the FPGEE FAQ. You can find all the answers you are looking for especially those regarding the exam dates and locations. Good luck..
  11. I have to agree on all the posts that I've read so far. I took the December exam and its pretty hard. Especially the morning part. I have friends who took the June 2007 and shared some of the questions that they encountered. I tried to remember them but it didn't came out. Nothing did I think. It just goes to show in my opinion that NABP sorts thru a lot of references to come up with these tough and tricky questions. Like what everyone said, lots of management questions.. Good luck to everyone. Miracles do happen. Let's just continue to pray and hope for the best..
