Linear Algebra and Matrix Theory seems the most applicable in my opinion. I am sure that the prof might allow you to take this course barring the pre-requisites. I took a similar course at UC Berkeley and didn't use a huge amount of calculus-definitely tools you can learn on your own, especially if you have taken courses successfully in the past which made use of some basic calculus (I would guess that you are already familiar with the ins and outs of limits, basic differentiation and integration).
I would ask the professor exactly what machinery from calculus would be used, if any, and learn that on your own and take that course.
