  1. Hello every one:) For B.S. in Pharmaceutical Science have limited options . first finish MS. in pharmaceutical science which is 30 units in Creighton University. then you will get better opprtuinty in Indus. Pharmacy. or Govt. agencies or Teaching. secondaly : Try to apply for Pharm D. : It is never too late. and westing time for looking other options. Pharm D. Has more opportuinities and good pay scale. Third : For BS in pharmaceutical science : There are oppurtinities such as Pharmaceutical sales rep. or Pharmacy tech. But my suggestion is If you are not too old do the Pharm D. Thanks Dinu77 Please add any additional info any body knows.
  2. Hi, I am in same situation. I graduate from India in 2007. (4 year B.Pham). ECE evaluate as B.S. Pharmaceutical science but NABP denied to sit for FPGEE because my school is not 5 year. Even I compleated my Pre-Pharmacy In US. I am still finding solution? Please Advice. Thanks Dinu77
  3. Hi sfh , Pharm D has better scope. If you compleated B.Pharm . try to apply the universities who accept your foreing credit so you can compleate your Pharm D in 2-3 years. Dinu77
  4. Yes yo still have to do the TOEFl eventhough you are citizen. I heard any course work done out of US.(excluding Canada or ?) need to do TOEFL. Check NABbP website. Good Luck dinu77
  5. FPGEE said, according to NABP current policy you are not eligible to write FPGEE, since NABP requires 5 years of B.Pharm, who has graduated after January 2003. As per my knowledge only option to become pharmacist for the candidates who have graduated after Jan '03 has to do Pharm D in US. You can join in 2nd year of PharmD. Pharm D admission is very competative. first you have to do TOEFL. and score must be 79 and above and most colleges require pre-pharmacy course 2 year because they don't give credit for foreign college course. you have to ask each colleges and there requirments. Anyway all the best for your future endeavours. Dinu 77

  13. Hi, Dee2008! I am in same situation. I am also planning for Pharm D. (post Bac). I think It will be ok after completion of 3 year Pharm D.(post bac). I check with several people and all said it will be ok for FPGEE. But I am going to call NABP. and make sure before taking admission. Also this is long process to complete Pharm D. such as 3 year Post bac+3-6 month to get registration from University + apply for ECE 1 -2 Month + NABP + FPGEE at least 6 month ( It held twice a year) then NAPLEx + TOEFL +RX Law+ 1500 Intern hours. and If you fail or not ready for exam it will take another 6 month. Overall it take 5 to 6 year . And at that time we don't know if any rule chnges for foreign graduate? I think best way is either do 3 year Pharm D Program in USA.internship will complete during school time and only has to give 2 exams Naplex and Law(?). I think this is fast way . Any body has know better way please enlight. Thanks Dinu77
