In my opinion, I think that considering an overall score would be the best. I believe that it is fair enough, and considering the amount of money we have already spent for the test. I cannot imagine if iever they would consider some alternatives, which in such case we need to spend again. Basing on the graph shown in ETS that has been posted here it is really ridiculous that we are measured in another way which in some way kinda contradict the guidelines that they have given.Though I am wondering what if they set a lower score, but since the ETS will be the one to rate that, so again they will formulate a different standard which will also appear to be beyond reach. So, again I am hoping that they would agree on an overall total score same as nurses, vets, PT's etc...
