congrats!! Did you get any acceptance mail from UCI..or an informal mail from a prof.. Both are equally good schools, reputation wise...so, to decide, you can consider other factors as..cost of living, future opportunities, research exposure etc... It would be great if you an you share your profile please..

Hi all, seeing the trend at gradcafe.com.... Is it that universities once starting giving out rejections....it can be anticipated that eventually you will get rejection...or acceptance with no aid.. as it appears acceptance mails are sent way before the rejection mails... comments on the above conjecture???
