  1. I got my acceptance letter on Tuesday if that helps you guys. The post from Oxford takes normally only about 2 days to reach me, but the letter was dated 18 March. So I'm not quite sure what to think.
  2. I am among the ones still waiting as well.
  3. I applied to Cambridge, (MPhil, option A) and I was admitted on 18 Feb through email. I still haven't received anything official however. The email said that the board are apparently `very busy at present', and that I might need to wait for 4-6 weeks. My flatmate, who also applied, hasn't heard back yet.
  4. That is priceless! I suggest you grab the opportunity! Music really is nothing else than deterministic time series, so it might be a good chance to improve your metrics :)
  5. I am on the same boat...no email, no mail. Then again, I heard from Duke about a week after everyone else, and it was an admit. I second the latter part of the proposition. :)
  6. Joining the rejection crowd! Came as no surprise.
  7. I didn't, even though I did register. Ah, computer technology. Hopefully they'll send us an email which will explain the whole extended ID thing.
  8. Thanks! I almost sent it to the trash folder straight away :) - I don't understand why they sent it from a yahoo address. Luckily gmail was smarter than me and didn't classify it as spam, which made me read it first :) I did a bit of googling then, and...you guys are right, the graduate co-ordinator sent it
  9. Does anyone know what the significance of Harvard's XID a/c is? I got an email from a yahoo address, which left me quite confused...
  10. In as well...no email, just checked the website.. Congrats to you everyone who got it!
  11. Seems like Susan Athey likes working at night :) - fingers crosses for those of you who're still waiting!
  12. I don't think so - I got my email at what was almost 11pm in Boston on Fri night, and it was personalised, which makes me think that Prof. Athey was sending them one by one, and that she never stops working :hmm:.
