A rational number has 2 propertires- 1. either it is terminating 2. if no then it should be recurring( eg= 0.131313....) what i can understand is that how u all have said that 6k/25p is rational, when we have no idea what k & p could be (rest aside p=0). I thought it to be E even if p is not = 0
