HI ALL, HERE S MY SIS SITUATION. MY SIS APPEARED FOR THE VISA INTERVIEW ON 24TH JULY.SHE WAS DENIED A VISA,REASON GIVEN WAS NO ENOUGH FUNDS TO SUPPORT II YEAR. I20 QUOTED AMOUNT - RS.1200000 FOLLOWING ARE THE SAVINGS SHE SHOWED BANK SAVINGS- RS.1500000-FOR I YEAR EXPENSES JEWELLERY-RS.777000-READILY AVAILABLE ASSERT-II YEAR BANK LOAN-RS.400000 APART FROM THE ABOVE,SHE HAD IMMOVABLE ASSERT,WHICH SHE COULD NOT SHOW BEFORE THAT BLUE SLIP WAS GIVEN. NOW SHE IS PLANNING TO BOOK DATE ON 5TH OF AUG. FOR THE II APPOINTMENT SHE IS PLANNING TO SHOW ANOTHER RS.400000 BANK LOAN ie A TOTAL OF RS.800000 LOAN. MY QUESTIONS ARE, 1.CAN SHE BOOK THE DATE WITH ONLY 7 BUSINESS DAYS BET I AND II APPOINTMENT. 2.IS IT SUFFICIENT TO SHOW ADDITIONAL BANK LOAN OF RS.400000 FOR II APPOINTMENT. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

Exactly..to show am employed i can show my appointment letter..how do i show how much am earning..recent pay slip ll do ?...and should i show my form 16??..

Thanks tino..but is it not required to show any supporting documents to prove that am employed or to prove how i got money in my account?..

actually,my question is,to show the income proof,what are all the documents am supposed to show..am the sponsor..so if i show my pay slip is that ok or should i show my form16 or any other documents?..

is it necessary that the sponsor must file income tax returns?..same one plz advise?...

could anyone plz explain wats that bank draft..Is that a demand draft from bank or a bank loan approval letter or a bank loan cheque..plz explain?..

Hi all, Hi tino, I have just opened my account,but i have been reading this for quite some time.U guys are doing a great job..:) Here are my questions, amount in I20 - $27500 1.My sponsors are my mom and my 2 elder brothers (brothers unmarried),can there be three sponsors?.. 2.Here are the financial documents am planning to show, bank statements of my mom and brothers - Rs.14,00,000 fixed deposit,recurring deposit,PF accumulations,LIC surrender value - Rs.1,50,000 jewellery - rs.7,75,000 immovable assets - Rs.2,00,000 Income of my mon,brothers -Rs. 5,00,000 are these sufficient?.. 3.My Gmat score is 330,its very less..its because my undergraduate is fashion technology and am out of maths for 6 years and i prepared only for 2 weeks.but i was confident that iwill get admission MBA in retail because my GPA is 3.96 and i am working for second ranked brand in india. can i tell the same reason to VO,when am asked for?. plz clarify the above doubts...
