  1. Theater Critic: The play La Finestrina, now at Central Theater, was written in Italy in the eighteenth century. The director claims that this production is as similar to the original production as is possible in a modern theater.Although the actor who plays Harlequin the clown gives a performance very reminiscent of the twentieth-century American comedian Groucho Marx, Marx's comic style was very much within the comic acting tradition that had begun in sixteenth century Italy. The consideration given best serve as part of an argument that A) Modern audience would find it hard to tolerate certain characteristics of a historically accurate performance of an eighteenth-century play B) Groucho Marx once performed the part of the character Harlequin in La Finestrina C) in the United States the training of actors in the twentieth century is based on principles that do not differ radically from those that underlay the training of actors in eighteenth century Italy D) the performance of the actor who plays Harlequin in La Finestrina does not serve as evidence against the director's claim E) the director of La Finestrina must have advised the actor who plays Harlequin to model his performance on comic performances of Groucho Marx Please provide an explanation for your answers
  2. I have a doubt in 93. How can we say with surety that they refers to prices not refiners? Typically, we say that crude oil has a price(singular in number) or the price of crude basket. Here it makes more sense to say following ...because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they(refiners) did(means paid) last year. Please help

Hi Guys...I am writing my GMAT in June last week..and I have talked to quite a few guys and visited many online forums...came to conclusion that only OG (10,11 and 12) and Manhattan GMAT tests are enough to crack this exam...I believe we can help each other by sharing whatever material/guidance we have....for example...Manhattan GMAT tests costs $39...four or five guys can contribute and buy this membership and this will benefit us all...same case with OG 12 (Rs 1250...going to get it very soon)...i can share it with you guys...if you guys are interested then send me a message with your contact details then we can plan a meetup in delhi/NCR...btw I stay in Ghaziabad... cheers, kaycee
  4. Answer should be D question -> is xf/xp > (xf+yf)/(xp+yp) ? => is xf*yp > xp*yf ? Choice1 : yf/yp => yf*xp hence choice 1 is sufficient Choice2: xf > (xf+yf)/2 and yp > (xp+yp)/2 => xf/yf > 1 and xp/yp => xf/yf > xp/yp => xf*yp > xp*yf hence choice 2 is also sufficient
