Hi Melorin, I know off 3 states that do not require FPGEC to start internship. these states are FL, MA, and MD you make check their pharmacy boards web sites. I'am 100% sure about MD though. you can start your internship even before passing FPGEE. However you can not move to the next step (NAPLEX, MPJE) withowt getting the FPGEC. It is smart thinking to move to one of these sates, earn your internship hours while you keep trying to pass TOEFL. Good luck

hi iij132 you are so far eligible for FPGEE, since it says ( this is a five--year program that represents the first professional degree in pharmacy in Russia) because the NABP start looking for 5 years pharmacy program. all you have to do is send an application to the NABP. don't weast your time callin the customer service they will say the same. best of luck

hi, DD-pharm congratulations, you have choice to take either april or october exam (once you get the acceptance letter you have to take the exam in one of the two consecutive exam) can you please tell me who lohg it take you to get the acceptance letter, because i still waiting

Hi everybody, I received a letter from NABP that said: “if you are not qualified for the FPGEC to take the December exam, the next exam that you could be considered for is the June 2009 exam”. So I think that the next exam will be held in June 2009. Best of luck to all of you.

Hi dear, Your post is not clear enough... 1) Where are you graduated from? 2) How many years you studied pharmacy after the two years pre-pharmacy after the 2-years post-baccalaureate)? 3) What is shown on your ECE evaluation : a. Your diploma is equivalent to a BS of pharmacy or a Doctor of pharmacy? what is your major and what did the ECE report say? b. How many years the pharmacy program takes in your country (4,5 or 6 years) including the 2 years post-baccalaureate? Best regards.

As I know you do not have to be a licensed pharm tech to do your internship, All you need is your FPGEC. if they insist you can visit PTCB | Home (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) its' easy to be certified as a pharmacy technician best of luck
