Congratulations ...on getting 650...( I hope its a typo...your break up doesn't match upto 650). As for applying to ISB....as even you know...applying with 650 does not give a comfort feeling...and I dont think you can retake coz their app deadline is 15 th Feb.Nevertheless give it your best shot...rake up some terrific recs...and essays...and who knows ...you may be in ISB's 2004-2005 batch.Best of luck for your apps.
