  1. Hi Stacy, I'm considering a few MBA programs but have yet to apply. My question is, if you have an applicant who has done well on the GMAT, but is still considering spending a few more years in their career, do you normally recommend applying to an MBA program right away or waiting for a few years. Thank you!
  2. Hey everyone, I really enjoy reading blogs (sports, personal finance, etc..) and I wanted to hear from people what they thought the best GMAT blogs are. So far I have really enjoyed these 3: 1. Beat The GMAT! Really good schedule information 2. 2minuteGMAT Blog Great strategy information 3.GMAT Grammar If you need help with verbal, this is a really good blog I'd love to hear about people's suggestions for good blogs. Thanks.
  3. I've heard good things about Knewton.com.
  4. What MBA programs are you looking at? If you are looking at an MBA at Harvard or Stanford, it may be worth it.
  5. It's funny that you mentioned that GPA, because I had exactly a 3.7 GPA, but it wasn't from the best university.
  6. Congratulations on your score; a 750 is fantastic.
  7. Can anyone let me know what the strawberries and fish mean on the profile? Thanks.
  8. I don't believe it is true. GMAC, the makers of the GMAT, go through a lot of trouble to make sure that the GMAT is fairly standardized throughout all test centers.
  9. arunparend, Don't worry too much about PrincetonReview; I had the same issues. Just focus on doing well on the Official GMAT Exams at http://www.mba.com; they are the most accurate.
  10. Hey John, Send me any questions when you have the chance? What are you looking to try to solve?
  11. Hi Michky2100, Don't worry too much about individual exams, just keep practicing GMAT questions and focusing on the task at hand. Make sure to continue to review strategy for how to beat CR questions. Check out the CR Manhattan GMAT book (you can just go to a Borders Book; purchase the book and then return it within 2 weeks.) I found it to be one of the best books.
  12. Hi jigsai, I really liked this GMAT Math blog that helped me out. I am trying to remember the name of the blog.. I will search online and try to post it later.
  13. Hi guys, I did some digging around and now I am in love with 2 books: 1. Kaplan 800 2. Manhattan GMAT books (really helpful although they are kind of expensive) There are not many books I have read with good GMAT strategy, and these two books are definitely helpful.
  14. Hi Flyinghai, Thanks for the link in the post; it is definitely helpful.
