  1. there are many jobs in the private sector requiring a phd...
  2. I have to decide between the Ecares program in ULB, TSE and PSE, where I have an offer for both APE and PPD (a master in public policy that give access to their PhD program). Now, is there anyone that has an opinion about the future placement opportunities (that goes behind the placement web page of the respective programs) if I am interested in a position in a research institution or international organizations, such as ECB, UN, etc...? Thank you!
  3. The fact that TSE is more popular for micro will imply few persons going there to study macro. So, even if there are few professors working in macro, they must give a lot of attention. And also, if they want to equilibrate the composition of their phd body, then maybe will be relatively easier for macro students to go for the phd.... What do you think?

  5. I know they take for the Phd 20 students on 30-35 M2 people, that's no so bad, expecially compared to UPF (about 10% manage to continue)...
