It is going to be Chicago or Europe depending If I am winning a scholarship award from my country. That is because of personal reasons(see the other thread http://www.www.urch.com/forums/phd-economics/131517-spouses-partners-grad-school.html)

I have declined today funded offers from UPen, Michigan, Northwesteern and UCLA while some days ago I also declined offers from UCSC,SSE, NHH, and Tilburgh. It is my hope that someone from this forum will take my slot!
