Yes, It is 250/5ml. not a 250/ml( which is mistake in question) so the answer is 5.34 ml.

Hi, It is 13.33 ml ok ; Doctor told you to put 2 gm( 2000mg) in 1000ml. you have 300mg/2ml. For 300mg you have to take 2ml of that solution so, for 2000mg .............(2000/300)x 2= 13.3ml.............you have to add in. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply, So as per your opinion, the RXPREP and APHA both are enough for TPN. AND , What do you mean by difficulty level is more than the actual exam? Please clarify , I am confused. I will really appreciate your help.
