  6. Dear colleagues, In California, when can we take the NAPLEX (is it only offered twice a year or is it more). In case of failure, when are we allowed to retake it again. Many thanks to all, and good luck with everything!

  9. Yes, you can start your hours and have a part time job, that's what I will be doing. but cheer up, you found an internship!

  12. 1. Cool. You guys are making me so happy......... i just found an internship in small pharmacy. I was loosing sleep over this search. Thank you so much! 2. The hours don't have to be in only ONE pharmacy, right? We do the hours in more pharmacies? 3. This is why I thought we had to: in the CA board of pharmacy website/ Intern Hours Affidavit, it is stated in last paragraph of Page 2 : © Experience in both community pharmacy and institutional pharmacy practice settings. (D) Pharmacy practice experience that satisfies the requirements for both introductory and advanced pharmacy practice experiences established by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. I also called the board and the operator told me that we need to do both settings. I guess we don't. Thank you so much for your input!
  13. I thought we had to do both settings. you answered my question above confirming that we needed to do both. If not, I am so happy... I just found an internship. I'll get started in two weeks. Please confirm that we don't need inpatient pharmacy! Thank you so much, you made my day... ouhooo
  14. 3bouda, how can we set foot in an inpatient pharmacy, hospitals in the long beach area wouldn't take me even as a volunteer. They saay they only take pharmacy students on rotations. Please advise!
