I want to share briefly re my profile with you to gauge my chances in HBS, Sloan and Booth
GMAT: 690 (88% percentile on total score; Q 77%; V 83%)
SAT 1C 99% though long time ago in 1997/8
In High school I was onced ranked 1st from 250 students (competitive military school)
Education:
Wesleyan University, CT with GPA of 3.48
Attended on full merit based scholarship
Geographic: Indonesia
Citizenship /Ethnicity: Indonesian/ Asian or Pacific Islander
Work Experience:
In short, I am Founder of two Islamic Banks windows (both multinationals) namely HSBC and OCBC. All of my experience have been in Islamic Finance (both commercial bank and Consumer Insurance). I hope this give a lift as this is very rare.
in HSBC, I progressed from Project Manager, to Corporate Banking Manager, to Head of Islamic FI (AVP) and Head of Commercial (AVP)
in OCBC, I was the founder of Islamic window and became the Head of the overall islamic business, last title as VP. Achieved target and the window was ranked #2 in customer satisfaction)
in AIA, I was Head of Islamic Insurance business, last title as Deputy Group Head. Currently I am not working as I take redundancy in AIA (strategic change that management decide not to pursue Syariah as Business proposition anymore but as product alternative only). This is despite the islamic business achieve 4 times above target and achieved #1 in most recommended Islamic insurance survey.

As well as few others such as founder of Trivia Program in SE Asian Awareness Month
