  1. hi siraj, thanks for the information. and it was a good effort for getting details of all the students applying for the test. and to create a database. i agree as their are very less students appearing for the sub GRE its really very tough. as we hardly know what to read. also some of the books which u listed are hardly available in ahmedabad. at present I am trying my best with lehninger and baltimore. lets see. thanks and best of luck jaimic
  2. hi siraj, i am jaimic from ahmedabad and am planning to appear for the BCCMB in Nov/Dec 2004. I have done my masters in biomedical sciences and am looking for my phd.I feel that sub GRE is the rite way where I shall get more clear picture of the research I want to conduct. At present I am serving as an lecturer of cell and molecular biology in an open university. it would be fun if we can share our thoughts and study together by keeping in touch. best of luck and look forward to hear from you soon. jaimic
  3. hi, thanks for the reply. your piece if advice would help me a lot. thanks for the list of books. i shall get back with queries if I have any. at present I am reading the book molecular cell biology by Baltimore. they have got GRE style questions at the end of every topic. and Lehninger. Can you just let me know what is the good score on sub gre. as I am pretty tensed. thanks once again. and I shall appreciate if u can give my any websites where I can find some literature. jaimic
  4. hi, myself is Jaimic from Ahmedabad, India and have completed my Masters in Biomedical and am looking forward to apply for the PhD for which I am planning to appear for the Sub GRE in Biochem. I would like to know if anybody can help me with how to go along the study material, from where can we receive the study material and how to prepare for the test. i would appreciate if we can study together and share our views on different topics that would help I suppose. thanks jaimic
