Ben is a 62 y/o male with HTN. His BP has a daily range of 155-178/88-98. He is using amlodipine 10 mg once daily, lisinopril 10 mg qd and HCTZ 25 mg qd. He takes several OTC products, including aspirin EC 81 mg qd, fish oils and coenzyme Q10. He reports “weekend” alcohol use (3-4 beers on Saturday/Sunday). No past or present history of tobacco use.
