hey guys, how does one pre app? and do all univs accept them?

hey, am new here and not sure i'm doing this right! but wud like to do a Ph.d in physics next fall..am doing my gre general in aug, and gre subject in nov. cud someone tell me which univs give a great deal of importance to gre scores?

hey, am new around here, so am not sure i'm doing this right! but intend to do my gre physics exam in nov and have been looking arnd the web for good univs. cud any of you tell me which univs are considerd GRE-strong,i.e which ones give a large degree of importance to your gre score? am asking this as i'm a bit worried abt my GPA. would appreciate a reply, thnx. :p
