I need your help to evaluate my profile to choose right programs to apply.
My Profile:
BS and MS in Industrial Engineering with focus on Systems Analysis and Information Systems, from an Iranian University
BS-GPA 3.8 and MS-GPA 3.6
5 publications in International Conference in topics of "IS Strategic Planning" and "Business Process Management"
4 year professional background in BPR and Enterprise Architecture projects
2 year teaching experience, university instructor in OR and MIS courses
GRE: verbal/520 Q/780 AW:3.5
TOEFL iBT: 98
Research Interests : IS impacts on Organizational Structure, IS outsourcing, Business Process Innovation, BPM and Enterprise Architecture
I am considering scholarships and I am going to apply for at least 15 program. I don’t want to lose this year chances, so please help me to sort this programs according my acceptance chance (highest to lowest). I've reviewed many programs and faculty pages to find similar interests and publications and finally I have these lists.

I know that there is a tight competition in Business Programs and my GRE score seems to be lower than average admission profiles. Also, please help me to find Industrial Engineering PhD programs which have IS concentrations, as alternative programs.
