sure, I've scheduled to retake toefl for 100. please tell me, if I get toefl 100, with this profile which programs should I select? should I add another programs to my list?

My goal is business PhD programs. For my lists, I used US News ranking and I created long list after selecting programs by GMAT (range 600-670) and Acceptance Rate (higher than 25%). UTD's journal ranking was another source I went to the webpages and reviewed research interests of their faculty I found some papers in my research fields, by tracking authors I found their schools ( Rutgers and Stevens) QS 2012 ranking by International Students was another source. If the number of fitted professors was higher than three, I chose program to the short list. Can you help me with Evaluating my profiles and selecting programs?

Hi everyone I need your help to evaluate my profile to choose right programs to apply. My Profile: BS and MS in Industrial Engineering with focus on Systems Analysis and Information Systems, from an Iranian University BS-GPA 3.8 and MS-GPA 3.6 5 publications in International Conference in topics of "IS Strategic Planning" and "Business Process Management" 4 year professional background in BPR and Enterprise Architecture projects 2 year teaching experience, university instructor in OR and MIS courses GRE: verbal/520 Q/780 AW:3.5 TOEFL iBT: 98 Research Interests : IS impacts on Organizational Structure, IS outsourcing, Business Process Innovation, BPM and Enterprise Architecture I am considering scholarships and I am going to apply for at least 15 program. I don’t want to lose this year chances, so please help me to sort this programs according my acceptance chance (highest to lowest). I've reviewed many programs and faculty pages to find similar interests and publications and finally I have these lists.
