  1. @lekpazy Thanks! Sure, let's chat. (I sent you a private message.)
  2. @nakamora12 WOW CONGRATULATIONS! These two are my dream places, but I did not make it. What are your research interests? To me, Stanford GSB would have been a better fit. We can chat further if you want. I'm currently choosing between Kellogg OM and Wharton OID. If anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear, too!
  3. @iloveOM Yes, that was me. I'm curious to find out those who posted the admits from Columbia DRO, HBS TOM, and UCLA DOTM.
  4. @iloveOM Congratulations on your offer! Getting an interview is a good sign! I haven't heard from other places I interviewed either (and I'm trying to still be optimistic haha). Keep me posted!
  5. @iloveOM For me, Kellogg, Wharton, and Columbia are my top choices now. March seems like a month of rejections to me haha. Are you also planning to start next Fall?
  6. @iloveOM Thanks! I interviewed with Kellogg on 2/10 and got an offer on 2/19. Besides luck, I think my past research experience/conference in OM helps a lot. Good luck to you! @5checkmate I was that person no one talks to haha. We need more OM people! What's your research interest? I'm getting worried about March too. Have you heard of people getting in without interviews?
  7. @iloveOM Thanks! I interviewed on 2/10, got an offer on 2/19. Besides luck (lol), I think my research experience and letters of recommendation help the most!
  8. @iloveOM I interviewed with them on 2/10 and got the acceptance email on 2/19. I think research experience (especially in OM topics) and letters of recommendation help me a lot. Good luck to you! Are you applying next year?
  9. Hi 5checkmate! It seems that most OR/OM applicants this year are not active on the forums. :( I just got into Kellogg for its OM PhD program. Let's discuss about OM!
  10. Any OM applicants here? I interviewed with USC Marshall, Wharton, and Columbia, but haven't heard back from them yet. Just got an acceptance to Kellogg. If anyone has any opinions on Kellogg and/or its OM program, please let me know. Thanks a lot!
  11. Do Wharton only admit candidates whom they interview? Does no interview invitation mean no chance of being accepted then? Thanks!
  12. Joining the band here. I'm applying to Operations Management programs for Fall 2016 (including some ORs) Columbia OR Columbia DRO Wharton OID Harvard TOM MIT ORC Kellogg OM UChicago OM NYU OM Stanford OIT Stanford MS&E UC Berkeley IEOR Three schools that I'm debating if I should apply: UCLA DOTM (Deadline was Friday, though...), USC DSO, and CMU Marketing.

Concerns you have about your profile: low GRE Writing score, lack of background in real analysis
  14. Anyone heard back from MIT Sloan for Operations Management?
  15. I believe it's more like 1 or less likely 2. I am pretty convinced that Quant/OM/OR/IE people aren't active on these boards this year. Sad. :(
