  1. How long does it take to see the scores in your account on GRE site ? It has been 15 days since I took the test and my score page shows "Absent or Not Available"
  2. You need to include one or two more examples to support your evidence and they need to be emphasized in your writing
  3. I would also give it a 6.0-6.5. It needs more points
  4. You are right about not trying enough in that subject, however, my question was how would the admissions committee be looking at this if I apply to grad school. I had a pretty messy semester that time, rest all of my transcript can be categorized as "good"
  5. That seems to be a great score. Please share your approach towards preparation so people like me who are going to take this test soon can re-think our approach
  6. Hello everyone ! I have a cGPA of 3.06 in 7 semesters (following 4.0 GPA system) and our individual subjects are graded as A (4 points), B+ (3.5 points), B(3.0 points), C+ (2.5 points), C(2.0 points) and D (1.5) points. We are graded relative to our peers for subjects. Despite having a reasonable decent cGPA as I mentioned earlier, I had received a D grade in Digital Logic Fundamentals which was a 4-hour course. Now I am a Mechanical Engg student and planning to apply for masters straight away this year (preferrably Germany). I wanted to know will this D grade make the admission committee suspicious about my academics and they may reject me? We have option to improve the subject from D grade (upto B) next time this course is offered but I decided not to improve as the effort put in to improve hardly justifies the gain and then, it's a course offered by Electrical department to Mechanical students, so thinking since I have reasonable grades in ME subjects, having a D wont hurt much. What are your thoughts ? Regards
