I would go with B as well. "no need for" sounds better than "no need of".

I would go for A.

For q1, I believe numbers of staff members is incorrect in B. It should have been number of staff members.

Isn't 'recover from' the correct idiomatic usage. To me 'recover out of' (used in C) does not sound right.

The first sentence is the conclusion and the second sentence is the reason the conclusion is drawn. Cross out A, C and D. Its between B abd E for me. Since the first sentence does not say anything about the laws, i go with B too. dimbulb, these are good questions. Do you have OAs.

1-Good question. Took me three minutes just to undersatnd what it was actually saying.IMHO, ans is E.Here is the summary of the arg. Sales Manager: Overall sales are up.People love our food. Actually, it depends on the situation. If the group is acting as a whole, it is singular. (In the above example it is). If the members of the group are acting indiviudally, plural should be used. Using Yoda's example. 1-The group of students in the lobby was fairly rowdy. (Group is singular here). 2- The group of stedents in the lobby were talking amongst themselves. (In this case, we use plural)

Correct idiom is 'chance of'. Eliminates everything except B.
