  1. Hi guys, I finished my GMAT & apparantely got only 23 in V. That is 31%. Quants was ok. 47 ( 81%). Total was 580. Can some one pls suggest some universities where I can apply with this score. Thanks Adroja
  2. Thanks guys for ur input. There were some restrictions from my side. Besides I have got inputs from many regarding rescheduling ETS & it's hassels. ETS did offer us the optionto reschedule but it would be on availability basis . About me, I had workedreally hard for this & this was my last chance to put my life on track. I messed it up. I donot think that I can get admission with this bad a score. Q 47 (81%) and V 23 (31%) will not take me anywhere. Universities such as San Jose State Universities etc need ATLEAST 50% in both verbal and Math. I dono meet the verbal criteria. I know I ahven't been exceptional in verbal. I am not so sure if I can do anythig now:( Unless I know there is any univ that can take my score into consideration. adroja:(
  3. Hi Guys! I just wanted ti chek up with u guys regarding the 5 universities where the GMAT score can be forw. I my case I was asked for this list in the begining of the test. When I asked the person in charge, she said that this is just a survey. Apparantely, after I received my score at the end of the test, I was not asked the 5 universities to which I wanted to FW my GMAT score. I spoke to a nother person in charge & he handed over the form to me where I filled in the 5 universities. Apparantely the 5 universities that I filled up in the form are not the ones where my ETS score has been reported. MY question is - In GMAT are we asked to fill out 5 univ before begining the test? Or is it asked after we know our test score like in GRE? Pls help me with this one so that I can contend this issue. Thanks A
  4. Hi Guys, I had a weird problem with my test and need your advice. I was at about half way through in my Verbal section when suddenly the screen on my computer went blank. Apparantely there was some power failure due to a glitch. All of us who were on that row faced the same problem. The server backs up every 3 min. There were chances of me loosing the questions that I would have answered before the backup was taken. Anyways...I did fall short of time in both Verbal & Quant section but did not expect this bad a performance. My score Q 47, V 23:o total 580. I have never been exceptionally good with my verbal skills, but I was always managed in the range of 28-30 in my practice exams in Kaplan. Am wondering where will I get an admission with this score:( any advice ?!!
