  1. NYU is in top5 according to flyouts this year
  2. Seems like these guys are not applicant friendly. I would try to contact Aude Schloesing, have not tried myself though. I think you are right, I am not at Toulouse though.
  3. Grad level. In many US schools the standard micro text is still MWG and the macro ones are Ljungqvist&Sargent and Stokey&Lucas.
  4. Thanks a lot for your replies, guys! Seems like the commentator's consensus is (remember the question was about macro/monetary): Bonn ~Mannheim > Frankfurt. The poll says Frankfurt > Bonn > Mannheim though, which is quite the opposite :encouragement: I have a related question, if you don't mind. I am used to living in big cities. Frankfurt>Bonn>Mannheim are all quite small ones. Given that I am not a German speaker, would I feel comfortable living in any of them? Which one is more international than the others? Again my opinion is that probably Frankfurt should be quite international because of the ECB. What do you guys think? Thank you!!!!!
  5. Hi guys, I'm interested in doing Macro/Monetary and am currently applying to German schools: Bonn, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Munich. Would you mind sharing your opinion about these schools? - I how that Bonn has expanded their Macro teem recently, so it is not just a Micro place nowadays. - Frankfurt is traditionally strong in Monetary, because of its proximity to the ECB. - Mannheim is considered to be a good place for almost all fields including Macro. - And I don't know much about Munich at the moment. Did I not mention any other strong places? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
