  1. Thanks a lot for your kind reply. I am very much obliged to get a response from University. I will go through the college website and other related information regarding admissions and come back to you, if I have a worthwhile question. Thanks and Regards
  2. Thank you, I will go through all the websites and apply in isb as well next year as currently I am working at a bank and saving some money for my family, meanwhile I work as an RA at an IIM. I have planned for PhD: 3 top twenty 6 top fifty 3 top 70 2 masters + isb ra I would again like to thank everyone for the responses. Since I have absolutely no one to ask ... these discussions have been very helpful to me. Warm Regards
  3. Thanks for the answers, I will look into queens masters. Barcelona masters degree is only 9 month long, so would likely skip applying there. Any other suggestions is wholeheartedly welcome. Thank You,
  4. Hi, Myself Manitesh, from India. I am looking for Research Masters (Finance) in North America or Europe, but don't have enough money saved. Would be very kind if you guys can suggest few schools where you can get tuition waiver and stipend. Example: Tilburg Barcelona Thank You
  5. Missed part regarding my interest. I would love to work on quantitative valuation models, in particular fixed income securities. I feel I should look into faculty interests in each programme and then contact them via email, would that be a nice idea? Also wanted to clarify, I have this notion that for finance recommendation from corporate employees at respectable posts will be okay, considering the fact that else I will take recommendations from professors with whom I have done chemical engineering projects. Thanks
  6. Thank You all for the information. I have done some research, and chose these colleges: Sloan, MIT Stern, NYU Ross, University of Michigan Kellogg, Northwestern Combs - Austin University of Utah - David Eccles Indiana Bloomington - Kelley ASU - Karey Krannert - Purdue Unfortunately, I don't have much money with me to go for masters. However I will seek erasmus mundus masters scholarship and will pursue masters if I get one. Regarding recommendation, as much as I wish to take from professors :'( I am not touch with most. I am planning 2 from professors and 1 from my vice president. Do let me know, if I am aiming as per my credentials. Thank You Trader Joe, YaSvoboden and wittmic. Warm Wishes Manitesh
  7. Makes me sad to see no reply yet :'( Would be kind, if someone can provide some insights. Thanks Manitesh
